Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced Fraud Analytics professional in the United States to perform complex analysis and modeling to minimize fraud loss and protect customer experiences. You will leverage Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and relational databases to support strategies, evaluate data, and propose policy changes within segmentation structures for optimal results.

Qualifications

2+ years of fraud experience developing and/or optimizing mitigation strategies.
2+ years of SQL and/or SAS coding experience.
Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create, implement, and maintain rules to detect account takeover and non-monetary fraud.
Derive actionable insights from complex data.
Investigate major fraud losses and emerging trends.
Implement incremental fraud mitigation controls with stakeholders.
Develop monitoring and reporting for cross-functional processes and senior leadership.
