Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Framework Developer Senior to join our Information Technology team. This role blends development with framework engineering across CLA environments and supports the strategy and vision for the Framework Engineering Team.

You will design core application frameworks, collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers, implement best practices, review code, mentor teammates, and ensure performance, security, and compliance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• 6 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop core application frameworks to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with analysts, PMs and developers to define technical requirements.
• Implement and advocate best practices in coding standards and architecture.
• Support and mentor team members with technical guidance.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance and security.
• Research, evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
