Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional framing experience with senior-level skill in fitting, assembly, and finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret build sheets and confirm dimensional accuracy.
• Experience with bespoke and custom framing of fine art, including high-value and fragile works.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit, and finish frames across stages beyond cut and join.
• Review incoming dimensions and confirm accuracy against build specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to the cut team on measurements and tolerances.
• Mentor and train junior framers on technique, fitting, and quality expectations.
• Partner with Production Manager on workflow prioritization and team capacity.
