LMI Government Consulting seeks a Technical Integrator / Senior FPV and Autonomy Test Operator to support a DoD mission partner at Fort Bragg, NC. The role blends hands-on FPV flight operations with technical integration, turning field data into actionable engineering requirements.

Ideal candidates have advanced FPV skills, strong autonomy understanding, and the ability to influence across operators, engineers, and leaders. In-office at Fort Bragg with travel to test ranges as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational experience in engineering, aviation, or systems integration.
• Seven+ years of combined UAS/autonomy ops, integration, test & evaluation, or program execution around government tech.
• Five+ years of operational UAS/FPV in military, gov, or defense sectors.
• Advanced FPV flight proficiency, including acro mode and precision maneuvering in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced FPV and Group 1–2 UAS flight operations across manual, assisted, and autonomous modes.
• Plan and execute end-to-end flight test events including plan development, pre-flight, data capture, and post-flight analysis.
• Translate operator feedback into clear requirements, priorities, and actionable items for engineering teams.
• Coordinate integration across air vehicles, payloads, autonomy, navigation, C2, and test infra.
• Manage vendor relationships and plan integrated product team events and demonstrations.
• Brief leadership with clear status, risks, decisions, and recommended actions.
