Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in UAS or autonomous systems operations, systems integration, or related program execution.
• 5+ years of operational UAS/FPV experience in military or defense environments.
• Advanced FPV flight proficiency in dynamic or contested environments.
• Understanding of aeronautical decision-making and UAS risk management.
• Experience with UAS system integration, testing, or evaluation.
• Knowledge of Department of War software development, networking, cybersecurity frameworks.
• Ability to communicate credibly to technical and non-technical audiences; client engagement.
• PM techniques with Jira/Confluence; capable of leading multi-stakeholder projects.
• Ability to operate in high tempo, outdoor environments; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in person at Fort Bragg, NC and travel 0-25%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced FPV and Group 1–2 UAS flight operations in diverse environments.
• Plan and execute end-to-end flight test events, from plan to post-flight analysis.
• Execute test scenarios and evaluation events supporting autonomy development.
• Maintain safe multi-vehicle operations in complex airspace and RF environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot FPV/UAS systems including payloads and comms.
• Translate operator feedback into clear technical requirements for engineering.
