Job summary

Techoundsllc is seeking an experienced FPGA Engineer to contribute across the FPGA development cycle, including the design, installation, and troubleshooting of firmware for FPGA-based hardware systems.

You will design and implement complex FPGA architectures using VHDL, Verilog and SystemVerilog, work with Xilinx Vivado, run simulations, build testbenches, and help optimize performance while collaborating with hardware engineers to ensure modular, scalable designs.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in engineering, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years relevant experience.
• 5+ years firmware development experience.
• Experience with Linux operating procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain complex FPGA designs.
• Proficiency in VHDL, Verilog and SystemVerilog HDL languages.
• Experience with Xilinx Vivado FPGA design tools.
• Write and use TCL scripts for constraints and automation.
• Debug designs using simulations and ILA real-time analyzers.
• Develop testbenches and simulate logic designs.
