Celestica is seeking a Senior Staff FPGA Engineer to lead the design and build of market-leading hardware platform solutions. You will drive RTL development, participate in the full FPGA lifecycle, and coordinate with hardware and software teams to ensure robust product delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience with Xilinx/Intel FPGAs, Verilog/SystemVerilog, and high-speed protocols. You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to accurate project schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 12+ years FPGA design experience.
• Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog and RTL design.

Responsabilités

• Define FPGA architecture and drive RTL design across full development flow.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams for integration and debugging.
• Ensure timing closure and validation on real hardware boards.
• Mentor junior design engineers and provide project schedule estimates.
