A leading company in live event technology seeks a Senior FPGA Developer to implement video transport protocols and design FPGA solutions. This role offers the flexibility of telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. and requires a strong background in VHDL, Verilog, and video pipeline implementations.

Implement video transport protocols in FPGA designs, including SDI, HDMI, NDI, and other streaming formats. Create complete designs for Stratix-10, Arria 10, AgileX, and other FPGA platforms. Generate both specification and design documentation to support cross-functional team. Work with other members of the team to verify the functionality of FPGA and HW designs. Implement algorithms for the processing of audio and video. Develop high-level design requirements, manage/negotiate key part selection, and support aggressive project scheduling. Maintain and develop existing and new Ross Video switchers video processing capabilities.
100% telecommuting permitted. Candidate may reside/work from anywhere in the U.S.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
Must have 5 years of experience in establishing multi-clock domain video pipeline implementations using VHDL and Verilog.
Must have 4 years of experience in all of the following:
