Responsibilities:

1. Implement video transport protocols in FPGA designs, including SDI, HDMI, NDI, and other streaming formats.
2. Create complete designs for Stratix-10, Arria 10, AgileX, and other FPGA platforms.
3. Generate both specification and design documentation to support cross-functional team.
4. Work with other members of the team to verify the functionality of FPGA and HW designs.
5. Implement algorithms for the processing of audio and video.
6. Develop high-level design requirements, manage/negotiate key part selection, and support aggressive project scheduling.
7. Maintain and develop existing and new Ross Video switchers video processing capabilities.

100% telecommuting permitted. Candidate may reside/work from anywhere in the U.S.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.

Must have 5 years of experience in establishing multi-clock domain video pipeline implementations using VHDL and Verilog.

Must have 4 years of experience in all of the following:

• Xilinx Toolset;
• Logic Analyzers;
• SDI Video IP.
