Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with FPGA design and simulation verification.
• Familiarity with Synopsys EDA tools.

Aufgaben

• Capture and derive system requirements for FPGA designs.
• Design, simulate, and integrate FPGA architectures.
• Develop verification environments and troubleshoot existing designs.
• Write HDL code (SystemVerilog preferred, VHDL acceptable) and generate synthesis, placement, routing, and timing constraints.
• Develop self-checking verification testbenches using SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Run simulations with Synopsys VCS, analyze results, and iterate designs to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to integrate FPGA designs into product systems.
• Perform board-level integration, debugging, and troubleshooting of FPGA implementations.
• Conduct timing analysis, power budgeting, and resource utilization studies.
• Document design specifications, verification plans, and test results according to design assurance processes.
• Support design review meetings and provide status updates to project leadership.
• Mentor junior team members on HDL coding and verification methodologies.
