Job summary

ACKtive is seeking a Senior FPGA Design Engineer for a hybrid role with home-friendly options and an active TS/SCI clearance. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering and 12+ years as an FPGA developer, with strong VHDL expertise and familiarity with Xilinx FPGAs and SOCs.

Experience in Riviera PRO and Xilinx simulation, plus testbench design, is required. Additional qualifications include Verilog/SystemVerilog, embedded systems know-how, and programming skills in C

ACKtive is searching for a Senior FPGA Design Engineers for a hybrid role with work from home privileges. This position requires an active clearance.

Education Requirement: BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering

Experience Requirement: 12+ years

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• 12+ years of experience as an FPGA developer
• Strong VHDL experience
• Familiarity with Xilinx FPGAs and SOCs
• Simulation experience with Riviera PRO and/or Xilinx
• Simulation testbench design experience

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• M.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Verilog and/or SystemVerilog experience
• Experience with Microchip Polarfire FPGAs & SOCs
• Experience with Lattice Certus NX and Pro FPGAs
• Strong C and Python programming skills
• Knowledge of embedded systems development, including prototyping, development, production, and integration
• Ability to learn and integrate new or different FPGA vendors\' products

Salary: $266,800.00 - $281,060.00

Total Compensation Package with Benefits: $333,165.00 - $350,908.00
