Zaddy Solutions in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior FPGA Engineer to own the FPGA development lifecycle for advanced embedded computing products. You will translate system requirements into robust FPGA architectures, lead implementation and verification, and collaborate with hardware and software teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on design with LVDS/JESD interfaces, timing closure, and integration with RF/DSP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 7+ years FPGA design and development experience.
• Experience interfacing FPGAs with RF converters (LVDS/JESD204B/C).
• Hands-on with AMD/Xilinx Vivado and high-speed FPGA design.
• Strong VHDL/Verilog/SystemVerilog knowledge.
• Ownership of FPGA lifecycle: architecture to hardware verification.
• Understanding timing constraints and timing closure.
• Experience with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, DDR4/DDR5, multi-gig Ethernet).
• IP tuning for high-speed serial interfaces.

Responsibilities
