Job summary

LS Direct in Suffern, NY, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance team. This highly visible role partners with the CFO and executive leadership to provide FP&A, strategic analysis, and board reporting, shaping decisions during growth and PE-backed investment.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–8+ years of FP&A, solid GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP systems; Tableau a plus. The position offers a hybrid schedule three days per week at headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics required.
• 5–8+ years in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement prep.
• Advanced Excel with complex modeling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CFO and leadership to support strategic financial planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual executive reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards.
• Prepare GAAP financial statements and management reports.
• Create quarterly Board presentations and analyses.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Conduct variance, profitability, and scenario analyses.
• Support tax-related reporting and compliance activities.
