Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance to lead FP&A for the YouTube and Social Platforms group. You will build financial models, forecast performance and deliver decision-ready analyses to guide monetization across channels and content investments.

You will partner with corporate FP&A and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and robust planning, while driving automation and advanced analytics to scale the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, finance or business analytics experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; dashboarding tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and planning schedules.
• Prepare monthly reporting, KPI dashboards and management materials.
• Support revenue forecasting and monetization analytics across channels.
• Analyze channel performance, content ROI and key business metrics.
• Coordinate annual budget, forecast and long-range planning cycles.
• Partner with Analytics and business teams to improve data quality and dashboards.
• Drive AI, automation and advanced analytics to enhance insights.
