Job summary

Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking a Director of Finance to serve as the primary strategic finance partner to the EVP, Head of YouTube and Social Platforms, Strategy & Operations. The role leads planning, investment governance, and performance management to drive profitable growth across SPE's YouTube and social platforms portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A/strategic finance experience in digital media, streaming, tech or entertainment.
• Proven ability to develop financial models, investment analyses and executive-facing insights.
• Experience leading planning/forecasting in a global, matrixed organization.
• Ability to influence executives through clear financial storytelling.
• Strong understanding of high-growth digital business metrics and ROI trade-offs.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to senior leadership translating strategy into financial priorities and plans.
• Lead annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Own executive financial reporting and management materials for senior stakeholders.
• Evaluate business cases for new channels, platform expansions and monetization opportunities.
• Oversee revenue forecasting and monetization models across ad, licensing and digital revenue.
• Establish financial KPIs and dashboards to track growth, ROI and efficiency.
