Job summary

Dominium is seeking a senior FP&A leader to analyze and guide the financial strategy for a large multi-family portfolio. You will oversee budgeting, monthly reporting, and forecasting, driving critical business insights.

You will mentor a team of 5–6 analysts and partner with the COO, CFO, and cross-functional teams to drive profitability, efficiency, and growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or Data Analysis; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years’ experience in Financial or Real Estate analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial reporting tools (PowerBI).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to present complex data clearly.
• Leadership experience with mentoring and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Creates, develops, and maintains property operating budgets with asset and property management.
• Analyzes data and communicates findings to leaders in an actionable, concise way.
• Monitors financial performance vs. budget/forecast; develops models for decisions and initiatives.
• Collaborates with department heads to improve profitability and operational efficiency; supports cost-saving and growth strategies.
• Mentors and manages a team of 5–6 financial analysts.
• Continuously improves FP&A processes, systems and tools for better insights.
• Provides ad hoc analysis and decision support to executive leadership on investments.
