For more than 50 years, we have delivered excellence in the development and management of affordable housing communities across the United States. The Finance team is seeking a results-driven FP&A Manager to analyze budgets, drive financial planning, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years' experience in financial or real estate analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial reporting tools (PowerBI).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates, develops, and maintains property operating budgets.
• Analyzes data and communicates findings to leaders.
• Analyzes financial performance vs. budget and forecast; prepares reports and models.
• Collaborates with department heads to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Mentors a team of 5-6 financial analysts; improves FP&A processes.
