• Demonstrated leadership capability across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A consolidation for Vascular Operations, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Develop Annual Plans, LBEs, long-range forecasts, and month-end reporting.
• Partner with site and functional leaders to optimize planning processes and reporting.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement in planning and performance.
• Lead month-end close and ensure GAAP-compliant, timely financial reporting.
• Provide high-impact financial analysis and senior-level presentations.
• Mentor a Financial Analyst and develop the team.
