Lancesoft is seeking a Manager, FP&A for a 6 months contract in New York, NY. This onsite role combines reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis across international markets to support leadership decisions.

You'll build models, manage close cycles, and develop dashboards, partnering with global teams to deliver timely P&L and KPI insights while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA; 5+ years in finance or accounting.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides skills.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical abilities.
• Experience with financial consolidation and planning systems (Longview or SAP a plus).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to synthesize large datasets.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment; maintain confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Consolidate and deliver time-sensitive international P&L and KPI reporting.
• Prepare monthly regional performance reports by market with commentary on drivers and trends.
• Set deadlines for close, forecast, and budget cycles; track progress.
• Build and update models for monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans.
• Explain variance drivers to leadership and drive forecasting process.
• Develop dashboards to monitor performance against budget and support ERP initiatives.
• Sourcing, consolidating, and organizing financial data for rapid decision-making.
• Assist in ERP transition and data conversion for new system rollout.
