Job summary

OptiMed Health Partners is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A during a period of growth. You will own the reporting rhythm—flash and monthly packages—and partner with Sales, Operations, IT, and Clinical Services to drive informed decisions.

This full-time, hybrid role based in Kalamazoo requires strong Excel modeling, data capabilities, and experience with BI tools. MBA/CPA is a plus, and on-site collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling, including staffing, pricing, and scenario analyses.
• Strong data capabilities; ability to consolidate information across multiple systems.
• Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI, preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with non-finance leaders and communicate analyses clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage recurring reporting cadence (weekly/monthly) and KPI dashboards.
• Deliver variance and driver analyses linking results to operations.
• Support board- and sponsor-level reporting with the CFO.
• Own the annual budget process and calendar, templates, and consolidation.
