• Experience with fixed assets management and CPA/ CFA signals a strong finance backbone.
• Proven ability to own and improve financial numbers and dashboards.
• Years of steady, trust-building work in finance environments.
• Experience partnering with business teams to influence decisions.
• Comfort in a remote-based Elizabeth, NJ operation.

Responsibilities

• Chase down unreconciled items until the subledger ties to the GL.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through spend analysis.
• Stress-test the annual budget against multiple demand scenarios.
• Conduct profitability analysis by product, region, and customer segment.
• Maintain NJ unemployment and withholding accounts accurately.
• Draft the board deck translating numbers into decisions.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury operations.
• Own the full-cycle accounts payable and receivable process.
