Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (Finance) to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting efforts in Brentwood, TN.

You will manage monthly and ad hoc analyses, develop reports, and support the budgeting software platform while collaborating with multiple departments to drive financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• Five to seven years of related finance experience preferred.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the company’s monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial analysis needs.
• Manage integrity of occupancy reporting metrics and other relevant data.
• Create and maintain reports used by accounting and finance teams.
• Perform month-end financial reporting to internal management.
• Assist in developing the budgeting software platform and provide financial support during budgeting.
• Complete ad hoc data requests for financial information across departments.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are also eligible for an annual bonus incentive. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
