Job summary

Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to drive reporting, analytics, forecasting and business planning. You will own monthly KPI and P&L variance reporting for business segments and deliver ad hoc analyses for leaders.

Responsibilities include budgeting participation, developing analytics workflows, and supporting decision making with clear financial insights. This role requires strong Excel, SQL knowledge preferred, and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/business/economics or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A or finance experience in an analytical role.
• Experience with budgeting/planning tools (OneStream, Vena, Hyperion/Essbase).
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain monthly management reporting on KPIs for business segments.
• Prepare monthly P&L variance analyses with commentary on drivers.
• Maintain and develop management reports, templates and schedules.
• Assist in annual budgeting and business planning.
• Provide analytics and KPIs to help drive the company forward.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for executive decision making.
• Assist in process improvements to accelerate close and reporting.
• Support M&A and integration projects as needed.
• Handle other special projects as needed.
