You’ll work with senior leaders on financial modeling, intercompany analyses, and cross-functional initiatives, leveraging Workiva, Power BI, Workday and Adaptive Planning.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of relevant financial experience in FP&A, corporate finance, controllership or consulting.
• Experience with intercompany financials, annual budgeting, working with large data sets, and KPI-driven forecasting.
• Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, OneStream, or other reporting tools.
• Experience building financial models for product revenue, expense drivers, and long-term project costs.
• Experience partnering with procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and controllership teams.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Comfortable working independently with strong judgment and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Aufgaben

• Partner across the organization to build new processes and enhance financial reporting capabilities.
• Own high-visibility projects focused on profitability analysis, cost attribution, P&L creation and development.
• Coordinate and manage forecast and budget processes for shared service groups, subsidiaries and business lines.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to business leaders; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the holding company and intercompany financial analysis and liaise with other functional teams.
• Assist in developing and evaluating strategic initiatives, including financial modeling and due diligence for new investments.
• Provide analytical support on cross-functional projects and ad hoc initiatives.
• Utilize tools such as Workiva, Power BI, Workday and Adaptive Planning to support reporting and analysis.
