Wintrust Financial Corporation in Rosemont, IL seeks an AVP of FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting and strategic projects. You will partner with shared services leaders and executives to drive performance and shape financial plans.

The role emphasizes analytics, P&L development, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on involvement in high-visibility initiatives using Workiva, Power BI, Workday, and Adaptive Planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of financial experience in FP&A, corporate finance, controllership or consulting.
• Experience with intercompany financials, budgeting and large data sets.
• Familiar with Workday, Adaptive Planning, OneStream or similar tools.
• Proven ability to build financial models for revenue, cost drivers and long-term projects.
• Experience partnering with procurement, accounts payable/receivable and controllership.
• Strong collaboration with business leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Independent, good judgement and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner across the organization to build new processes and enhance financial reporting.
• Own high-visibility projects on profitability analysis and P&L development.
• Coordinate forecast and budget processes for shared services, subsidiaries and lines.
• Deliver timely financial reporting; identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support intercompany analysis and liaise with other functions.
• Develop and evaluate strategic initiatives including financial modeling and due diligence.
• Provide analytical support on cross-functional projects and ad hoc initiatives.
• Utilize Workiva, Power BI, Workday and Adaptive Planning to support reporting.
