Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Data Cloud Product Finance team in Sunnyvale, CA or Kirkland, WA. You will lead FP&A for BigQuery and related Data Cloud products, manage long-range planning and monthly updates, and partner with Engineering, Product, and GTM teams to align financial goals with product strategy.

This role requires 7+ years in FP&A, strong modeling skills, and an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in FP&A, consulting, or related function.
• Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as end-to-end finance lead and trusted advisor for BigQuery suite products, guiding VPs and Directors on financial decisions.
• Lead long-range planning and annual planning covering revenue, infrastructure costs, and efficiency metrics.
• Foster partnerships with Strategy, Engineering, Product, and GTM teams to align financial goals with execution.
• Deliver monthly financial updates including forecasting, variance analysis, and deep dives into drivers.
• Contribute to pricing and financial analysis for new launches with Product Managers and Planning teams.
