Job summary

Western Alliance Bank in CityScape is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to lead Oracle EPM/EPBCS administration, data management, and FP&A reporting. You will partner with Finance and IT to support security, governance and process improvements, while building end-user templates and training.

The role emphasizes monthly close, forecasts, budgets, and management reporting, with focus on data quality, reconciliation, and SOX controls. A Bachelor's degree and MBA/CFA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and FP&A activities.
• Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced functions and data modeling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Oracle EPM/EPBCS administration, planning, and reporting processes.
• Load, validate, reconcile, and certify financial data for actuals, forecasts, budgets.
• Develop Smart View templates and user-friendly reports for FP&A and finance teams.
• Support monthly close, forecasts, long-range planning and variance analysis.
• Ensure data governance, SOX compliance, and system security reviews.
