Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 2–6 years of FP&A or analytically intensive finance experience.
• Advanced financial modeling including scenario analysis and business-case development.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data sets.
• Understanding of financial statements and business drivers.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate scenarios and investments.
• Perform scenario, sensitivity, and what-if analyses to quantify impacts.
• Develop business cases for senior leaders and VP of Finance, FP&A.
• Ensure models are accurate, transparent, and adaptable to many use cases.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze monthly results against budget and forecast to identify variances.
• Prepare analyses, dashboards, and materials for leadership.
• Collaborate with Accounting and data owners to validate source data.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve financial models and reporting.
