Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Finance Manager to serve as the finance partner for assigned corporate functions, owning the full FP&A cycle from close to budgeting. This hybrid role is based in Atlanta, requiring three onsite days per week.

You will build models, deliver executive-ready materials, and drive forecast and budget processes while improving finance systems and processes. Strong Excel, Power BI, and OneStream skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables against deadlines.
• Experience presenting results to senior leadership.
• Experience implementing process improvements that reduced manual effort or improved reporting accuracy.
• Advanced Excel, including Power Query; strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for business case analysis, investment decisions, and scenario planning.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations (MBR materials, budget reviews) for VP/SVP audiences.
• Develop familiarity with spending structures to provide proactive financial insight.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and deliver clear findings/recommendations.
• Lead monthly rolling forecast process for all supported functions.
• Own the annual Target Setting process end-to-end and consolidate inputs.
• Communicate forecast risks and opportunities to Finance leadership.
• Maintain and improve forecast models, headcount trackers, and budget tools.
• Serve as primary Finance contact for assigned functions and provide timely reporting.
• Prepare and review financial results and explain variances to partners.
• Coordinate with Accounting on accruals, journal entries, and close activities.
• Own recurring budget management and explain variances to leaders.
