Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to own FP&A month-end close, forecasting, and financial reporting across the Greenville campus.

You will serve as the system administrator for enterprise performance management and reporting apps, delivering standardized statements and insights for leadership. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in finance, advanced Excel and Snowflake skills, and experience with Oracle/SAP ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics.
• 3–5+ years of progressive finance experience in a large organization.
• Advanced Excel, Snowflake, and ERP system knowledge (Oracle and SAP).
• Experience with Anaplan or CCH Tagetik and programming tools like Python or VBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A month-end close & forecast reporting to leadership.
• Serve as system administrator for enterprise performance management and financial reporting apps.
• Create standardized and ad hoc financial statements for insights.
• Analyze results, identify trends, risks, opportunities; provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Improve financial processes and reporting to boost efficiency and value.
