Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst – Finance Systems & Reporting to lead month‑end close, management reporting, and finance systems administration for the Greenville campus.

The role partners with senior leaders to deliver financial insights, optimize ERP reporting, and drive continuous process improvements using Anaplan, Snowflake, Oracle, SAP, SQL and related tools. Requires 3–5+ years of finance analytics experience and a degree in finance, accounting, or business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics.
• 3–5+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Experience with Anaplan or other planning tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A month-end close and forecast reporting.
• Serve as system administrator for enterprise performance management and financial reporting applications.
• Create standardized and ad hoc financial statements for insights.
• Analyze results, identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide recommendations.
• Partner with business leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and reporting.
