Job summary

Zurich Cover-More is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst – Expense Management to drive expense forecasting, governance and financial analysis across our global organization. You will partner with Finance teams, cost centre owners, and leaders to deliver accurate reporting and actionable insights.

The role focuses on supporting monthly forecasts, annual plans, and long-range outlooks, with variance analysis and strong data governance.

Qualifications

• Broad FP&A and expense management experience required.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI, SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, Planview or similar.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance teams and business stakeholders across regions to provide expense reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range expense outlook.
• Deliver variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance with key drivers.
• Produce dashboards and presentations for senior leaders' decision-making.
• Assist cost centre owners in understanding and managing financial performance.
• Investigate unusual trends and resolve discrepancies to ensure data quality.
• Support cost allocation methodologies and intercompany charging processes.
• Review expense allocations and shared service charging across entities and regions.
• Ensure data accuracy in reporting and forecasting processes.
• Support month-end and quarter-end expense review with governance controls.
• Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and insight.
• Build strong relationships across functions, regions, and levels of seniority.
