Job summary

Centre for Neuro Skills is hiring a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across the organization. You will partner with the CFO and executives to translate data into strategic insights that drive performance.

This full-time role in Bakersfield, CA requires deep FP&A experience, strong business judgment, and the ability to influence decision-making across multi-site operations and clinical support teams.

Qualifications

• Eight to twelve or more years of FP&A or related experience.
• Experience owning annual budgets, forecasts, models, and executive support.
• Healthcare or multi-site operations experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Company.
• Develops driver-based forecasts incorporating metrics and assumptions.
• Partners with facility and regional leaders to align finances with operations.
• Leads strategic finance projects, including M&A activities and board materials.
• Mentors FP&A team and ensures model quality and process improvements.
