UHY Advisors' Resource Solutions Group seeks experienced FP&A Consultants for project-based and interim engagements in Miami and across Florida. Consultants should be prepared to step into active planning, reporting, and decision-support work with limited ramp-up.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of finance experience, advanced modeling skills, and proficiency with Excel plus BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
10+ years of finance experience with FP&A responsibilities across budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, and reporting.
Advanced financial modeling skills with driver-based forecasts and scenario analyses.
Ability to synthesize large data sets and communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
Experience in a consulting, interim, or project-based setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own or support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, reforecasts, long-range plans, and scenario analyses.
Build and maintain integrated financial models for revenue, gross margin, OPEX, headcount, cash flow, and profitability.
Analyze actual results vs budget/forecast and identify drivers, risks, opportunities, and actions.
Develop executive reporting packages, KPI scorecards, dashboards, and decision-support analyses.
Partner with leaders to improve forecast accuracy and resource allocation.
Extract, reconcile, and validate data from ERP and planning systems; resolve data quality issues.
Support strategic finance projects such as pricing, margin analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
Streamline FP&A processes and documentation.
