Job summary

Truist in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Wholesale FP&A and Advisory team. You will own reporting and analytics for the Wholesale lending portfolio, with responsibilities including balance, yield, spread and rate trend analysis, plus client profitability and relationship analytics to identify growth drivers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• Five years of relevant accounting or finance experience with complex financial analysis.
• Ability to work independently and provide strategic insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and related software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making across lines of business.
• Evaluate performance against plans and strategic goals.
• Prepare management insights and contribute to investment cases and value creation initiatives.
• Support development of recurring forecasts and the annual financial plan.
• Operate with moderate autonomy and influence in financial discussions.
• Collaborate with business partners to align financials with operational goals.
• Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy of financial data.
