Twenty-Six Defense is hiring a highly analytical Financial Analyst III to support FP&A, pricing, and program finance for the Warfighter Systems division in Roanoke, VA. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Business Development, Product Line Management, Engineering, and Program Management to forecast, analyze, and drive financial performance.

The ideal candidate has a strong financial acumen, experience with government cost principles is a plus, and a proven ability to translate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 3+ years of FP&A experience in a project/program-oriented environment preferred.
• Defense contracting experience or gov’t cost principles knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly results and updated forecasts for orders, backlog, P&L, cash flow, and working capital.
• Consolidate financial data for monthly reviews and prepare Sales/Orders forecasts and risk assessments.
• Advise on budget, cost variances, and opportunities for improvement; partner with BD, PM, and engineering teams.
