Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience.
• Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, project accounting.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience partnering with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with Oracle ERP and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and forecasting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and long-range planning.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, and project margins.
• Monitor project financial performance and advise on risks/opportunities.
• Support revenue recognition, contract review, and client billing.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and management presentations.
• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Leverage Power BI, Oracle, Excel for reporting and analytics.
