Job summary

Leslie's, the leading pool and spa care retailer, seeks a Financial Analyst to partner with senior leaders across retail, commercial, and service divisions. You will prepare reports, forecast performance, and support monthly financial packages with accuracy and timeliness.

Based at Leslie's corporate office in Phoenix, AZ, you will analyze trends, provide actionable insights, and help drive cost reduction and revenue opportunities for 950+ stores nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of financial planning and analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Proficiency with MS Office apps including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute internal financial statements across cost centers and business lines.
• Develop weekly, monthly, annual, and long-range financial forecasts with FP&A leadership.
• Support monthly P&L reviews, analyze variances, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct detailed financial and operational analyses to identify trends and drivers.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Accounting teams to enhance forecasting and reporting.
