Hanger, Inc. in Austin, Texas, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst of Corporate FP&A to serve as a strategic financial partner, develop models, and deliver insights to support business decisions.

The role blends core finance expertise with digital and analytical capabilities to back organizational transformation and improve planning, analysis, and reporting. You will work with Accounting, Human Resources and other functions to ensure data integrity, prepare monthly and annual analyses, and help

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience within FP&A at corporate or multi-divisional level.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case development that support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses including variance analysis, trend identification, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with business leaders to support financial planning cycles, strategic initiatives, and long-range planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and benchmarks; identify and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Human Resources and other functions to ensure data integrity and alignment with accounting standards.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly financial narratives, documentation, executive summaries and insights.
• Build and maintain relationships across organizational levels; influence stakeholders through clear communication and business acumen.
• Support special projects including acquisitions, process improvement initiatives, and operational transformation efforts.
• Serve as a liaison between finance and business units to translate needs into analytical solutions and insights.
• Optimize financial reporting tools, dashboards and analytics capabilities for better decision support.
• Support AI initiatives in finance by identifying AI-driven insights and automation opportunities.
