Job summary

Bluebird Fiber is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own financial models, forecasting, and reporting for leadership, lenders, and select M&A activities. This role requires 5+ years in FP&A or related finance, strong Excel and modeling skills, and experience with three-statement models.

Hybrid or on-site collaboration in the Kansas City area with exposure to debt financing, structured finance, and investor materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required.
5+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Accounting, Investment Banking, or related roles.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills expected.
Experience building three-statement operating models.
Experience preparing lender, board, or investor materials.
Strong understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day forecast updates, budgeting templates, long-range planning files, and recurring FP&A deliverables.
Maintain integrated financial models covering revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, CapEx, working capital, and liquidity.
Develop forecasts for MRR, bookings, installs, churn, renewals, customer profitability, and capital projects.
Reconcile model inputs to source systems and investigate data discrepancies across financial and operational data.
Prepare monthly variance analyses and business driver summaries for leadership discussion.
Build dashboards and automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Datarails, Excel, ERP systems.
Prepare lender and investor diligence, reporting, and surveillance materials for leadership review.
