• Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts; monitor performance and deviations.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports for senior leadership; analyze KPIs and variances.
• Evaluate profitability across products, services, and business units; communicate trends and issues.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align financial goals and drive improvements.
• Analyze and report on cost structures; support cost‑control initiatives.
