Gardner Capital, Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead complex financial analysis, enterprise forecasting, and investment evaluation across the portfolio.

You will deliver sophisticated financial models, insights, and strategic recommendations to support capital allocation and long-term growth, while mentoring junior analysts. You will collaborate across Accounting, Asset Management, Development, Treasury, and Operations to strengthen reporting capabilities and drive data-informed

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative discipline.
• 5–8 years of progressively responsible experience in FP&A, investment analysis, corporate finance, valuation, or structured finance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of financial models supporting investments, capital allocation, and portfolio management.
• Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Evaluate acquisitions, refinancing opportunities, capital projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze portfolio performance and identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Present financial analyses and recommendations directly to executive leadership.
• Review loan agreements, partnership agreements, and financing structures for financial implications.
• Design dashboards and reporting tools to improve executive decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional finance initiatives involving Accounting, Asset Management, Development, Treasury, and Operations.
• Mentor and review work performed by junior analysts.
• Recommend improvements to financial processes, reporting standards, and analytical methodologies.
• Support Board, lender, investor, and audit reporting requirements.
• Lead special projects involving strategic planning, capital markets, and business growth initiatives.
