The Boeing Company in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst (Experienced or Senior) to partner with program analysts and senior leadership across multiple functions, leading LRBP, forecasts, and risk management.

This role supports the BSMS subdivision and reports to the SI-WS FP&A Manager, focusing on accuracy, insights, and continuous improvement across complex financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience performing financial analysis.
• 3+ years in a finance-related role such as FP&A, cost management, accounting, or estimation.
• Experience developing forecasts for Long Range Business Plans (LRBPs).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated finance focal for areas of the BSMS sub-division.
• Lead and support the development, consolidation, and analysis of LRBP and monthly forecasts.
• Develop executive-level presentations for the BSMS Leadership Team.
• Build partnerships with program leadership, peers, and cross-functional leaders.
• Drive integration and analysis of complex financial statement forecasts.
• Lead variance analysis and provide explanations of financial performance.
• Recommend actions to senior management based on financial projections.
• Lead development of complex business cases and ad hoc analyses.
• Troubleshoot process and tool issues and recommend solutions.
• Foster continuous improvement by deploying enterprise best practices.
