For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst, remotely from Texas, US.

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will manage key financial processes, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly projections, to support the company’s growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze financial data, and provide strategic insights to drive decision-making. Your role will be essential in identifying performance improvement opportunities, maintaining financial forecasts, and ensuring accurate reporting, helping shape the company's long-term financial strategy.

Accountabilities:

  1. Manage the annual budgeting process and update forecasts regularly.
  2. Coordinate with sales, finance, and general managers to maintain a rolling 12-month Net Revenue forecast.
  3. Provide detailed financial analysis to identify trends and variances, offering insights into business performance.
  4. Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic recommendations and modeling for growth opportunities.
  5. Ensure financial reporting accuracy and identify potential discrepancies with the help of the Controller and CFO.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry, with experience in finance for insurance tech companies.
  2. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills.
  3. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and utilizing FP&A platforms (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, Sage).
  4. Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and experience with financial reporting.
  5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
