Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, accounting, consulting, or related corporate finance roles.
• Advanced financial modeling using Excel and Google Sheets/Slides.
• Data analysis using SQL or similar tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication of complex financial concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent).
• FP&A experience in software/technology industry.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support annual plans and rolling forecasts for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor performance vs forecasts and provide variance analysis.
• Deliver financial reporting and insights to senior leadership on performance and trends.
• Develop long-range financial plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Evaluate and improve forecasting methodologies, tools, and processes for accuracy and scalability.
