Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the North America business. You will partner with Operations, Accounting, and leadership to turn data into actionable insights.

The role emphasizes monthly close, budgeting, variance analysis, and building Power BI dashboards; a strong accounting foundation and ERP experience (Oracle) are preferred, with 4+ years in FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 4+ years in FP&A, financial reporting, or manufacturing finance.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and month-end reporting.
• Analyze results, explain variances in revenue, gross margin, and expenses.
• Develop financial models to aid planning and decision-making.
• Create executive packages and KPI dashboards.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Controllership to ensure accurate figures.
