The ideal candidate has 4+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, advanced Excel, and strong communication skills to present financial matters clearly to leaders across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, with non-finance stakeholders.
• Comfort working with large, multi-entity data sets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages.
• Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast, identifying drivers.
• Own corporate P&L end-to-end, budgeting, forecasting, and spend control.
• Manage month-end close and collaborate with accounting on close timelines.
• Build and maintain cash flow forecasts and working capital drivers.
• Support annual operating plan and rolling forecast with function leaders.
• Respond to senior management requests and contribute to FP&A transformation initiatives.
