Job summary

The Standard is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join its Corporate FP&A team as a senior individual contributor. You will own end-to-end operating expense planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting, partnering with peers to elevate analytical quality and drive process discipline.

You will develop deep expertise in expense drivers, data models, and complex consolidations, delivering insights that support strategic decisions and growth at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance or FP&A
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge and ability to challenge assumptions

Responsibilities

• Lead core FP&A processes and monthly financial analysis ensuring integrity of results
• Own the annual operating expense planning and forecasting processes
• Influence cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality
