Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and annual forecasting processes with leadership and CFO.
• Develop pro forma and scenario analyses for M&A activity.
• Prepare timely financial reports for internal stakeholders and sponsor.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools to improve decision-making.
• Identify variance risks and opportunities; maintain overhead visibility.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
