Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A – Large Client Revenue, COGS & Network Performance, to lead end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for Large Client accounts within CVS Health’s Pharmacy Services business. You will model margins, analyze drivers, and prepare executive-ready reports to support strategic decisions.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with large datasets, and the ability to communicate complex variances clearly.

Qualifications

• Financial planning, budgeting, and analysis skills in a PBM, managed care, or commercial health benefits environment.
• Integrated understanding of both revenue and COGS drivers in a pharmacy network context preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Supports development of annual operating plan, multi-year plan, and quarterly budgets and forecasts for Large Client revenue and COGS, with client- and drug-level detail.
• Performs monthly variance analysis for Large Client revenue and COGS, identifying drivers like volume, price, mix, MAC rate, and client performance.
• Builds and maintains financial models to evaluate Large Client network margin, including revenue guarantees and COGS dynamics.
• Prepares performance updates and management reporting packages for leadership review.
• Supports ad-hoc analyses, special projects, and scenario modeling as directed.
